My name is Ian Pritchard.  I’ve worked in the plumbing industry for the last thirteen years – and with my own business since Feb 2002.

I’m what’s referred to in the trade as a ‘general heating and plumbing installer’.

In other words, I can install, modify or service just about any plumbing or heating equipment/service you can name.

I bought my first powerflush pumping equipment shortly after going out on my own and have since come to realise that I like doing ‘Power-flushing’ most of all. 

Experience shows that I’m good at it.

However, I make no claims that a power-flush will definitely solve your problems.

After all, how could I possibly say that without talking to you about it first?

What I can say is that every powerflush I carry out is guaranteed for two years (chemicals, equipment and labour) so I need to get it right first time for my sake as much as yours.
